Jared Starts to Run

2nd day in a row.

3rd day in a row.

4 days and I am tired.

Wow, 5 days in a row.

My fastest time yet (5:32) and I did not complain today.

I ran .63 miles no complants ran it in 6:00

Did not complain and got my new course record (5:30) along with a two cupcake reward!

Dad made me run fast today and I set a new record of 5:14! I am getting faster.

I ran 5:04, my fastest time.

Ran easier today on same course for .63 in 5:34. Me and my mom are going to hike to the Y tomorrow morning.

I hiked to the top of the Y with my Mom. It was rainy and not very hard.

I moved up to 1 mile today. I ran with my Mom at an easier pace. I ran 10:33 for the mile but it was not very hard.

This was my second time running a mile. Dad said I could get a special prize if I ran fast. I ran faster than I thought I could. My time was 7:56. The first 1/2 was 4:05 and the second 1/2 was 3:51.

Ran an easy mile today with dad in 9:07.

1 mile but it was very, very slow (about 13min) as I was not very excited or happy about running today.

Only a half mile today but I had soccer as well.

1 mile today easy in 9:34 but I did not hold Dads hand.

1 mile in 9:08 today.

Just did my soccer game today and then had cub scouts.

1 mile with dad in 9:53 today.

Same 1 mile route from my housewith dad and James in 8:25, my second fastest time.
